As a part of CITL programme, faculty members can choose to do independent research with the CITL office. Research topics should be discussed with the CITL office, which will also keep a list of pending research topics. The faculty members may choose to conduct research for the semester to fufill the training requirements; however, you may also participate in other CITL programmes if you so wish. 2 Peer-Observation Partnership - Through this research, faculty members will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of peer observation as an effective tool for faculty professional development. This research will revolve around conducting in-depth case studies of successful peer observation partnerships. By analyzing these collaborative practices, we aim to identify best practices, challenges and opportunities, and the impact of such partnerships on faculty professional development

3 Mentor-Mentee Programmes in Higher Education - Through this research, faculty members will have the opportunity to explore the dynamics of mentor-mentee programmes. This research will aim to investigate the benefits and challenges and identify strategies for establishing impactful mentoring relationships that will contribute to faculty development and career progression
