MR. Phuntsho Wangdi
Phunto Wangdi holds M.Sc in Computer Science (with a specialisation in Blockchain Technology) from South Asian University, New Delhi, India and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Sherubtse College, Kanglung, Tashigang, Bhutan. Before joining RTC, he worked as an IT lecturer at Apollo Bhutan Institute of Nursing, Bhutan. Apart from academics, his interest lies in singing, playing Football, and painting.
Mr. Namgay Tshering
Namgay Tshering holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Sherubtse College and a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the South Asian University, New Delhi. His academic background is equipped with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and He is passionate about both teaching and learning in the field of mathematics. Beyond academics, he enjoys football, sightseeing, and movies, which allow him to balance professional engagement with personal growth and exploration.
Mr. Ngawang Tenzin
Mr. Ngawang Tenzin is from Trashigang, Bhutan. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from South Asian University, New Delhi, India, as a recipient of the SAARC Scholarship, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Sherubtse College, Kanglung. Before joining Royal Thimphu College, he served at Sherubtse College from July to December 2024, Mr.Tenzin is passionate about technology, education, and fostering innovation in the community.
Mr. Arun Kumar Singh
Mr. Arun Kumar Singh is a seasoned academic and ICT professional with over 28 years of experience in university-level teaching and industry. He has extensive international exposure across Asia and the Middle East. He holds an M.Phil. in Cyber Security, a Master of Computer Applications (MCA), and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, and has qualified UGC-NET in Computer Science & Applications (June 2025). Prior to joining RTC, he served in academic positions at universities in Saudi Arabia, Cambodia, and India, contributing to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, curriculum development, research, and academic supervision. His areas of expertise include Software Engineering, Database Management Systems, Networking, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Full Stack Development, and other emerging technologies. In addition to teaching, he has actively contributed to the development of academic information systems and enterprise IT solutions. Mr. Singh’s academic interests focus on Artificial Intelligence, intelligent systems, cybersecurity, and applied computing aligned with industry needs. He is currently undertaking advanced training in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Drone Technology to further enhance innovation-driven learning at RTC.
