Need-Based Sessions

The Need-Based sessions are organized to address specific teaching and learning needs identified by academic programs. Participants are nominated by their respective programme leader (PL) to participate in targeted sessions that will equip them with practical skills and knowledge to enhance their teaching practices. These iterative sessions are spread across the semester, with each session lasting 1-2 hours. The goal of these sessions is to provide timely, customized professional development opportunities that align with the unique needs of faculty.
