All Fees are due and charged on a semester basis. The fee obligations must be met within the allotted time frame, on or before the start of the semester. As a reminder, fee due notification will be served to the students a month before the end of the semester. Generally, students admitted to RTC must pay their fees for the academic year in two semester-term installments as follows:

Spring Semester in March: Fees are due and payable within the first five days of the semester 
Fall Semester in August: Fees are due and payable within the first five days of the semester.

Students may also choose to pay fees for the entire academic year at their discretion.
