Kinley Namgay - PGDPA, RIM

After three years of toiling through my academic pursuit at RTC, it was finally time for me to venture into the world. I was excited as well as nervous because I could feel the transition I was undergoing from living in a supportive environment of RTC and then into the world. While in college everything was provided for; I had the support of my friends, guidance of my lecturers and inspiration of my college’s system to inspire education in Bhutan.

Royal Thimphu College created a huge positive impact in my life. While I availed a scholarship to study at RTC, my parents were not really happy with my decision but today they are proud for having chosen to study at RTC. For all the field trips, study tours, cultural exchange tour to SEISA, compelling academic assignments and friends at RTC helped me to evolve and refine my personal life. I would like to thank all my lecturers and the team of RTC for assisting me to learn at RTC.

Currently I pursue Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration at Royal Institute of Management after I successfully made it through the Bhutan Civil Service Examinations.
